Job Responsibilities:

• Overall marketing strategy.
• Showroom sales & collection management.
• Dealer Hunting & Management.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
• Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
• Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Develop strong working relationships with existing dealers and hunting for potential dealer.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines for development efforts.
• Initiate new programs that allow increasing the overall brand and effectiveness with Dealers.

Job Requirements :

• Age at most 40 years

• Training- Sales, leadership, Team work.

• Knowledge about sales, corporate sales & Software.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing experiences in any discipline (Furniture sector will get preference).

• Candidate having experience in Furniture related Organization is highly preferable.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skill.

• Ability to work under pressure, Strong closing skills, Ability to present multiple product lines, Pro-active and good listener, Great written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali.
