Job Responsibilities:

• Shall work as team leader.
• Create new corporate/ industrial or group clients and achieve the sales target.
• Prepare daily/weekly work report of performing activities.
• Work towards building a strong relationship with the customer.
• Performing professional presentations or demonstrations of company while on-site; overcoming objective/hesitation of prospective customers.
• Building and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for growing customer base.
• To find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
• Evaluate customer feedback to understand client needs and find out the points where customers lack of satisfaction.
• To prepare Monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection of his team.
• Report directly to General Manager/Sector head
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements :

• At least 5/7 years of working experience in similar position.

• The applicants should have experience in the business area (s): Electric Cables / Sub-station/Generator/ Electrical Goods.

• Should have good mentality, smart, presentable, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic.

• Should have computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Office suites).

• Must have leadership quality, be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.

• Be performance driven and result oriented.
