Job Responsibilities:

• Must have sufficient knowledge in 11 KV & 33 KV Transformer Design testing, Planning, Managing and Executing Transformer and switchgear production.
• Analyse job order, prepare production plan.
• Prepare production plan showing-manufacturing stages, inspection, testing and delivery.
• Ensure daily production report-showing work done, man-hour utilization etc.
• Ensure correctly cost related data collection and transmit it to relevant department for proper costing of the production.
• Maintain chain of command in the factory.
• To evaluate man and machinery performance and arrange training/ steps to improve their working capability with the target of enhancing productivity and reduction of cost of production.
• Develop and improve standard operation producer.
• Create and maintain safely, hazard free work friendly environment in the factory.

Job Requirements :

• Age 35 to 42 years

• Only Males are allowed to apply

• Minimum 08 years in Transformer-Design & Manufacturing and Switchgear industry.

• Should be an energetic & dynamic person

• Ability to work under pressure

• Must have experience in Transformer-Design & Manufacturing company.

• Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and auto-cad etc.
