Position: Assistant Manager (HR & Admin) - Factory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Job analysis, manpower planning, hiring, recruitment, selection & appointment, training & development, preserving of personal file of employees.
  • Working as coordinating officer among Directors and different tire of management.
  • Prepare the Job Description (JD) of employees.
  • Performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion & increment letter to employees.
  • Monitoring of housekeeping, welfare, cleanliness, security, safety issues, health & hygiene activities.
  • Follow-up control of attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees.
  • Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
  • Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015.
  • Ensure to update all NOC, licenses & certifications.
  • Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs during recruitment.
  • Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Looking after all types of local issues, Govt & non-Govt agencies.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management time to time.

Educational Requirements: At least honors with Master Degree in HRM/Management/ Public Administration or any subject with MBA from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements

  • Minimum 03 - 05 years in the relevant field in any reputed Food Factory.
  • Job Location : Chattogram

Salary 20000-30000,
