Position: Asst. Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating new customer, increase sales, Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities for achieve the plan.
  • Create buyer for INTERLINING sales to 100% export oriented Garments Industry.
  • Ensure customer service & maintain customer relation.
  • Cooperate with customer's problem, relationship development with existing & new customers as well.
  • Ensure L/C, UD & follow-up the payment collection from Customer.
  • Visit potential customers for direct sales; achieve the monthly individual sales target.
  • Responsible for Market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, markets planning, competitors information, market demands etc.
  • Understand local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
  • Make operational decisions around marketing campaigns, account pricing and new product introduction.
  • Independent monthly sales. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Able to Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Educational Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline OR Degree from any reputed Foreign university (Preferably in Sales Marketing)

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 year(s).

  • Age 27 to 37 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the field of INTERLINING Sales & Marketing
  • Should have experience in Garments Accessories Specially Interlining marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong people management skill-fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
  • Sincerity and responsibility.
  • Have good plan and strong skills for building customer relationship and experienced in dealing with customer complain.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
