Position: AGM - Quality Control & Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall quality assurance of Processing house (dyeing/Printing department).
• Ensure quality during production.
• Ensure and follow up buyer wise quality requirement.
• Communicate with weaving department, planning department and respective merchandiser of the
• buyer in order to ensure 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, and GSM.
• Directions and supervise the continuous improvement of fabric quality performance.
• Setup subordinate team and guide to achieve the target quality.
• Supervise and counseling manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to ensure quality production.
• Conduct training of concern Manager, Officer, Supervisor & down level employee.
• Arrange to check & maintain quality of dyes-chemicals, colors.
• Strictly follow the GSM as per respective Buyer Quality requirement.
• Proper follow up of wet process lab dip approval, bulk batch shade approval, quality fabric approval
• and other issues.
• Ensure 100% fabric inspection with 4 point system before delivery.
• Follow up and monitor overall dyeing process, housekeeping and compliance issues of dyeing floor.
• Face, handle & resolve any quality issue during buyers' QC inspection or any 3rd party inspection.

Educational Requirements: B. Sc / M. Sc in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing) or Applied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from any Public/Reputed Private University.

Experience Requirements:

• 13 year(s).

• Minimum 13 years of experience in Quality Management from reputed company(s) of which 05 years in a single organization in related field of reputed company(s);
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing);
• Good Interpersonal/Communication Skills;
• Well versed in computer operation;
• Must have good presence and leadership ability.
• Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable of working under pressure.
• Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
• The applicants should have experience in the field of wet processing, Production Management
• (Dyeing & Finishing).
• Having vast knowledge of the Dyeing production process.
• Adequate experience to manage job independently.
• Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS office.
