Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing employees, who are critical to the Agency business.
  • Setting targets for each member of this team to enhance base of clients.
  • To prioritize and monitor efficiently all cases.
  • To handle efficiently local and foreign clients.

Educational Requirements: Masters' degree from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Fluency in English written & oral communication skills.
  • Job holder must have the skills and experience for planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling the Department activities independently.
  • 3 to 4 years of working experience in any reputed Company or Survey Firm and have sound knowledge in insurance and survey matter.
  • Should be able to work for longer hours at a stretch and take work load for extended period even during weekends or after office hours during holidays. He must have sufficient skills and experience to deal with the both overseas and local customers to ensure efficient and prompt services to all clients.
  • Job Location : Head Office, Chattogram
