Experience Requirements :
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HOD for setting monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly sales targets.
- Assist HOD to prepare monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly Sales reports and forecasting.
- Assist team members to source leads and ensure that leads information is maintained properly.
- To monitor and guide team members to visit the leads and follow up on the basis of scheduled plans.
- To attend leads both at site, corporate office and as per leads requirements & follow up the leads regularly.
- Follow up customer queries, complaints or problems records & taking necessary action with consultation with HoD.
- To negotiate with the customers and finalize the sales contract by setting payment and installment schedules.
- Inform clients about the upcoming events.
- Following installment schedules and making sure the payment is done as per schedules of the clients.
- Making sales contracts as per HoD guidelines.
- Coordinate Collection and Customer service departments for providing smooth and quality services to the clients.
- Any job assigned by top Mgt.
Job Requirements :
- Well conversant in MS office (Excel, Word), PowerPoint Presentation, Data Analysis, Database Management
- 3-6 years' experience in sales preferably in Real Estate
- Experience in working commercial project will be an advantage
- The incumbent must be dynamic, proactive, result oriented.
- He/ She must have a good command over English Communication.
