Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adherence to Plant Maintenance Activity and checklist for mechanical equipment.
- Ensure effective maintenance of Mechanical Equipment specially hydraulic system, mechanical system, pneumatic system through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
- Monitor Performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance matrix.
- Ensure timely breakdown maintenance as required.
- Coordinate with production team for any breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment that may required.
- Manage attendance & leave of reportee's.
- Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportee's.
