• 5 to 10 year(s).

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24 hours security and attendance of employees.
• Coordinate audits and ensure that they are passed in the first attempt.
• Collaborate and coordinate with local body for smooth operations of factory.
• Dealing with housekeeping & transport management system.
• Advise management on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Preparation / Issue office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
• Identify need for new policies and procedures due to changing business needs, best practice and legislative changes.
• Managing staff performance management and appraisal processes.
• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Only Males are allowed to apply

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration at Food & Beverage Industries.

• Capable to maintain liaison with all government offices also maintain liaison with public relation.

• Very good written and oral communication skill both in English & Bengali.
