Position: Assistant Manager (HR & Admin)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company.
  • To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
  • To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
  • To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
  • To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Prepare and issue all employee letters
  • Collaborates with other managers to analyze costs, benefits, and losses of company profits.
  • Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related to all activities.

Educational Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Only Males are allowed to apply.
  • Working knowledge in English & Bengali.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws.
  • Experience in the construction sector is preferred.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer, MS Office, and IT-related areas.
