She/he reportable to Project manager and be based at Project office, Ukhyia, She/he are responsible for coordinating with the relevant staff for identification of the technical needs of the program and accordingly, guide respective team for effective implementation of the project activities. She/he willing to undertake 50% of time in the field and 50% of time of in office, you incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities..

Experience Requirements :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executive of the project activities and target group beneficiaries and technical support to field facilitator.
  • Participate in the process of implementation.
  • Supervision Agriculture work to ensure implementation of project activities following pre planed schedule by using checklist.
  • Conduct training Agriculture and CHD Participant and develop guideline/module for Agri participant.
  • Identify problem encountered in carrying out the program activities and will offer possible solution.
  • Develop/maintain relationship and establish liaison with local social elite, Ups, GoBs, NGOs to ensure there support in implementation of the program activities.
  • Established a functional relationship Upazila Agriculture department and Union level Agriculture Officer.
  • Attend deferent level coordination meeting and keeps records of out comes of the meeting and implement any new decision taken in the coordination meeting in consultation of coordinator.
  • Provide training to staff and beneficiary for their capacity building.
  • Preparing monthly-Quarterly activities progress report, of Core Occupational group related activities. Responsible for assessing the beneficiaries needs, responsible to take necessary step to support the beneficiaries.
  • Any other job assigned by the organization as per the qualification and when required.

Job Requirements :

  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • At least 2 years work experience in NGO field.
