Position: Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible to perform all types of secretarial jobs and manage the office of the Chairman of the Group.
  • Maintain close liaison, coordination & contact with different departments/business units of the company including outside offices and fix appointment schedules & meetings.
  • Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact nos. etc. and ensure accurate & up to date filing of all official documents.
  • Reading, monitoring and responding email.
  • Provide protocol service, Visa, Air Ticket booking, Hotel reservation related activities as and when necessary.
  • Maintain Diary
  • Taking action points and writing minutes
  • Preparing papers for meetings
  • Travelling with the Chairman to take notes or dictation in the meetings
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  • Answering calls and handling queries
  • Writing reports, executive summaries, newsletters
  • Prepare & submit the several accounting calculation / report relating to project portfolio.

Educational Requirements: Masters degree in any discipline.
Bachelor/ MBA, Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in English.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 year(s).
    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 03 -05 years experience as P.S to Group Chairman and should have secretarial, Liaison & accounting job experience.
  • Strong analytical written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Should have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla
  • Have excellent command in MS-Word, Excel, Power points, E-mail correspondences & Internet Browsing.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Willing to travel in Dhaka & Chattogram.
  • A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one's feet
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level.
  • Job Location : Chattogram, Dhaka

Remuneration       
Salary Negotiable, Salary Review: Yearly
