Position: Executive - Welfare

Job Responsibilities:

  • Counselling to the workers to reduce Absenteeism, turnover rate
  • Handling worker's grievance with a view to reduce it
  • Arranging training and awareness program
  • Conduct Induction program for the newly recruited employees.
  • Maintaining of employee's suggestion and complain boxes & keeping records.
  • Conducting domestic, primary and formal inquiry for disciplinary measures.
  • Conducting exit interview, survey on different issues as per management requirement for reducing worker's migration.
  • Maintaining Maternity leave Register, ensure all facility of Maternity Employee, Process (Advance & Balance) payment and keeping all records as per EPZ Labour Act 2019.
  • To look after Compliance matter & to ensure industrial safety, health and hygiene of the workers.

Educational Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate(Preferably PGD/MBA in HRM).

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements

  • Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • At least 01 -02 Year (Might be relaxed for Skilled Candidates)
  • Applicants Should have sound knowledge on EPZ Labor Act 2019 and Circular/Office Order from BEPZA.
  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Should have capability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
