We are a well known limited company in UK. We have started our branch at Chittagong in Bangladesh. Managing client communication is the chief responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor. These professionals interact directly with potential, new and existing clients. They work to provide quality customer service, while increasing the company`s revenues through increased sales. These tasks are usually not challenging at all.

Position: Customer Service Service Advisor

No. of Vacancies: 08

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquirers.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Performing administrative functions.
  • Updating client accounts.
  • Data Entry.
  • Full training will be provided for the above services (with salary).

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Candidate requires minimum qualifications from persons looking to work as Customer Service Advisors. Most Advisor may start out with H.S.C/Honors/Degree or High School Diplomas. UK returned students may get priority.
