Academic Qualification :

 -Masters in commerce, preferable in Finance /Accounting.

Experience Requirements :

  • 5 to 7 year(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing General and logistical support to the program
  • Preparation of budget & budgetary control
  • Assist Regional Director/Head of Nutrition to prepare program's annual proposed and revised budget
  • HR Issues, Staff Development & Performance Management
  • Preparing and checking all bills and vouchers.
  • Preparing and dispatching Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly financial statements by using accounting Software
  • Preparing and maintaining, journal entry, stock register, cheque register, asset register and VAT and TAX register.
  • Preparing of monthly/quarterly/yearly budget of the Unit in consultation with the Coordinator
  • Performing administrative responsibilities as per the guideline of Program Coordinator.
  • Auditing and providing support to the office colleagues for their Monthly works and keep in close monitoring and Supervising.
  • Fully respectful & sensitized to all races, colors, religions, people with diverse culture, Gender equality and diversity
  • Any other duties from senior management.

Job Requirements :

  • 5 to 7 year's practical experience in the relevant field.
  • Should have ability to conduct cost analysis.
  • Good knowledge on budget preparation
  • Should have good knowledge on financial operation and management.
  • Should have good knowledge on general administration.
  • Ability to plan and optimum use of available resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill in accounting software which will be as an additional computer competency along with MS office tools.
  • Good managerial and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill.
  • Organizing and problem solving abilities, coaching and mentoring.
  • Job Location : Cox's Bazar (Chakaria)

Remuneration:     Salary 50000-60000,
