Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellency in employee engagement:
  • Drive planned initiatives to assure budget LTO and absenteeism rates
  • Execute employee engagement activities as per the engagement calendar and assure perfect delivery
  • Actively participate at worker welfare meetings ,prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity
  • Engage with all employees and assure all grievances are addressed and highlighted as necessary to the management
  • Execute staff welfare processes/HR Services by bringing innovative external solutions/services through negotiation with vendors and suppliers
  • Responsibility in assuring timely and accurate system data entry and all system relevant processes. The person will also give solutions through coordination with relevant parties on all system errors/bugs as per expected timelines
  • Coordinate and execute performance appraisal processes, employee documents such as letters etc, coordinate the exit process inclusive of coordinating or doing exit interviews as relevant, on boarding and orientation processes as applicable
  • Perfectly execute HR systems and processes and assures zero audit failures in driving personal data management, attendance
  • systems, all insurance & welfare related processes whilst assist the team for the execution of complete payroll process
  • Proactively contribute to HR strategic and other projects as assigned through perfect execution of responsibilities beyond current role
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.

Educational Requirements: Undergraduate degree programs in HR or relevant field from a recognized university.
Post graduate programs in relevant fields will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity.
  • Job Location : Chattogram
