Position: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct & control the respective territory sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
  • Ensuring & searching & appointing new distributor for gap markets.
  • Visit frequently distributor point & markets and solve trade queries, problems.
  • Confirming timely attendance of all TSS & ASO/AFO under assigned region.
  • Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sale target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
  • Organize monthly meeting , & set individual ASO wise target.
  • Motivating all TSS & ASO/AFO for achieving target & monitor and evaluate daily target & achievement.
  • Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer.
  • Closely observe competitors activities & report to supervisor.
  • Confirm timely product delivery to distributor points & daily monitor field force by mobile field force locator.
  • Prepare daily /weekly/ monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
  • To achieve any other goal that set up by the management.
  • Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Masters degree will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 year(s).
