Position: Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target by developing territory sales plan and increase distribution reach at uncovered area through market visit.
  • Ensuring & searching & appointing new distributor for gap markets under assigned territory.
  • Regular visit distributor point & markets and assist ASO/AFO for increase outlet coverage & boost up sale.
  • Confirming timely attendance of ASO/AFO at distributor point & markets.
  • Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sale target.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily target & achievement.
  • Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer.
  • Closely observe competitors activities & report to supervisor.
  • Prepare weekly/ monthly report and submit to supervisor on a regular basis.
  • To achieve any other goal that set up by the management.
  • Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor degree in any disciple.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicant should have experience in FMCG sector. Tea marketing experience will be given preference.
  • The incumbent should be self driven & willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG sector in similar position, Tea company experience will be given preference.
  • Job Location : Chandpur, Chattogram, Cumilla, Feni, Rangpur, Sylhet
