Academic Qualification :

 -Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM,
 -MBA/ Master's Degree from any Recognized University,
 -PGDHRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements :

  • 4 to 5 year(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation of HR, Health-Safety & Compliance related policies & Procedures.
  • Ensure core HR practices in the factory for systematic development & sustainability.
  • Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare
  • Arrange and conduct different kind of training and orientation and Keep all training documents with training attendance sheet and Photo accordingly.
  • Provide HR and administrative support to all staff
  • Maintaining the different types of HR files and staff lists
  • Coordinate all internal and external training session
  • Any other administrative tasks, as delegated.
  • Develop training plan, design training & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individuals and maintain all training records including all resource materials
  • Assist to install and update required staff database in HR software; update the HR Personnel/Recruitment file.
  • To assist in recruitment process like CV shorting, interview call etc.
  • Any other job assigned by management
  • Strong follow up all compliance related matters independently;
  • Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as: WPC, Fire, Grievance, EHS, etc.
  • Follow-up the social standards/ requirements regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Non- Discrimination etc.
  • Act as a bridge between the management and the workers;
  • Aware the workers of their legal rights and others privileges;
  • Develop the company security compliance issues regarding - Procedural Security, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Education and Training, Access Controls, Manifest Procedures, and Conveyance Security.
  • Assist to Head of the Department in -day to day Compliance activities & services of the factory.
  • Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
  • To assist Prepared CAP (Corrective Action Plan) with target date in line with responsible person.
  • Develop & monitoring the environmental issues of the company.
  • Liaise with all departments about compliance issue.
  • To look after all compliance related legal license validity.
  • Responsible to manage factory related license and timely updated regulatory documents.
  • Responsible to day to day Admin Operations.
  • Monitoring the house keeping supervisors regarding their activities and reporting.
  • Any other task assigned by management.

Job Requirements :

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • 4 to 5 year in the apparels sector.

  • Training Trade Course: Bangladesh labor law
