Experience Requirements :

  • 5 to 8 year(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
  • Coordinate Bakery Outlets & their terms & condition. Like- order system, delivery, payment system, commission, return policy etc.
  • Visit & introduce to all outlet & Whole seller.
  • Ensure product entry in software (Product, Order, Delivery, Sale, Return, Damage).
  • Ensure Outlet wise their ordering system which create based on demand sheet or daily product availability sheet.
  • Ensure market survey & always should review bakery raw material price or costing after a fixed timing.
  • Store keeping record monitor (Product System Entry, Outlet wise Sales Record, Damage Policy).
  • Ensure outlet wise monthly inventory.
  • Prepare weekly sales report & compare with previous week. focus to minimize costing.
  • Carry out any other task associated with the other Department as requested by the Management.

Job Requirements :

  • Age at least 28 years
