  • MBA / MBM / CA / ACCa / ICMA having no 3rd class in academic record.
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Banking Companies Act, Securities & Exchange Commission Regulation and in-depth knowledge of Budgeting & forecasting and Financial & Management Accounting.
  • Conversant with Basel II & III, Risk based capital Adequacy, capital Structuring, SREP, Stress Testing, Liquidity Management.
  • Minimum15 years experience directly relating to Accounting / Finance in a major financial institution preferably in a reputed commercial Bank.
  • Age not exceeding 50 years.
