Job Description / Responsibility
- Preparation of Meeting Minutes of BoD, EGM and AGM.
- Liaison with RJSC/SEC/BIDA.
- Handling Company's Share related issues.
- Comply all applicable rules and regulations.
Post Graduate in Commerce with ACMA/ACA/ACS.
7 years hands-on experience out of which 3 years as an Asst. Company Secretary or Asst. Manager in Corporate Affairs Department.
Additional Job Requirements
- Working with RJSC/SEC/BIDA is essential.
- Vast knowledge in Company's Act/SEC Act and other related law.
- Willing to work in an integrated system.
- Proficiency in English & Computer knowledge.
