Customer Care Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- He will work as Customer Care Officer and will reply queries of customer related to our cargo transportation, will issue delivery notice to customers on arrival of the flight and address and handle discrepancies. Will also submit IGM / EGM in case if required.
- Must be well versed with Microsoft Office / MS / Excel / power point / Data entry.
Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Arts (MA).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Airline
